Decision Mechanism

From NNFE to subsidiaries, a tertiary approval system concerning the decision-making for investment shall be implemented in the overall financial ecological system of NNFE. The senior managers organize project appraisal meeting and the project passing appraisal shall be submitted to the investment decision-making committee for another deliberation based on a n in-depth due delligence. The investment decision-making committee adopts the principle of democratic centralism and the project with an approval from 4/5 committee members shall become an investment decision and be reported to the president for approval.

Risk Control Mechanism

The powerful risk control mechanism could effectively check and prevent the cooperative enterprise or the risks of project, which could avoid controllable risks maximally.
