Job description：
1. Collecting the information of related industries and projects for an industrial research.
2. Engage in the tracking analysis and analysis on the operating modes of industry and compile the investment operating strategy and mode of corporation;
3. Participating for the investment opportunity analysis, project survey, due intelligence, feasible analysis for the industries or projects to be invested, as well as plan and compile investment operating scheme.
4. Participate in business consultation and the further implementation of investment project and establish and maintain a good business relationship with partners.
5. Establishing and completing the expanded network of investment project; putting forward and implementing project expansion strategy.

Job requirements：
1. Candidates with full-time first-class master's/MBA degrees in finance, economics, accounting, management, law, science and engineering, and other related majors are preferred. Those with work experience in renowned investment and investment banking institutions, as well as professional qualifications such as CFA/CPA/sponsor, are highly regarded;
2. Proficient in the medical and health industry, with over 10 years of investment, management, or operational experience in related fields.
3. Proficient in project investment processes, with strong understanding and analytical abilities in investment and financing products, business models, investment benefits, and other fields. Experienced in large-scale project investment, with strong investment analysis and evaluation capabilities;
4. Possess the ability to independently operate large-scale projects and have extensive listed company resources, project resources, and network relationships in professional investment fields such as healthcare, medical services, and new specialty drugs;
5. Possess strong analytical and judgment abilities, negotiation and communication skills, organizational and coordination skills, written expression skills, and strong ability to withstand pressure.
6. Possess entrepreneurial spirit and a pioneering attitude, reverence for the cause, possess both morality and talent, strive for excellence in work, and work collaboratively with a team.
