Job description：
1. Assist the person in charge in conducting research on the domestic and international biopharmaceutical industry, analyzing investment trends, and issuing analysis reports;2. Assist department heads in completing project entry, analysis, organization, and other related tasks;
3. Complete the organization and writing of required materials as instructed by the department head;
4. Cooperate with other colleagues in the department to complete the required work.
Job requirements：
1. Majors in biology, medicine, and pharmacy from top universities both domestically and internationally.
2. Possess a certain understanding of and enthusiasm for equity investment work.
3. Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, coupled with excellent self-learning and analytical skills.
4. Possess strong English reading and writing skills, as well as proficiency in Chinese writing, ensuring smooth English business communication.
5. Have certain abilities in PPT writing and presentation.
